A note from the Lead Advisor
Lana Advisory exists for the founders and organizations we kept meeting who did not need more analysis. They needed someone to sit with the decision in front of them and leave them with a way forward they could run.
That is why every engagement begins with a Strategy Session and ends with a written roadmap. The Session Brief means the two hours go on the problem, not the background. The roadmap means you leave with something you can act on, whether or not we work together again.
