The Session Brief, within 24 hours
A short brief so the two hours go on the problem, not the background. About 30 minutes.

The session
Two hours, on video, on one decision, problem or opportunity. Bring the people who own it.

The roadmap, within three business days
Current state, critical next steps in priority order, and a written scope if further work is warranted.
Questions before you book
Can we talk before I pay?
Write to us first. Within two business days you get a written read of what the engagement looks like and the link to book. If a short conversation would help us place you, we will suggest one.
Is the session fee really deducted?
Yes. Every engagement begins with a Strategy Session, so the fee counts toward any engagement booked within 30 days. You never pay for the session twice.
What if the session is all I need?
Often it is. Clients with the capacity to implement take the roadmap and run with it. If you want support later, the roadmap is the starting point and the fee still counts within 30 days.
What do you need from me beforehand?
The Session Brief: the decision in front of you, what you have tried, and the numbers that matter. About 30 minutes, and the reason two hours is enough.
Who runs the session?
A senior advisor. Where an engagement calls for it, specialists from our network join.
Can my team join?
Yes. Bring the people who own the decision; it is your two hours.
Which session do I choose?
Business for companies; Nonprofit for registered nonprofits, NGOs and development organizations. Same session, different price. Not sure? Write to us.
Can I reschedule?
Once, up to 48 hours before the session, from your confirmation email.
How do I pay?
By card when you book, in Canadian dollars. Scoped work is invoiced: card, bank transfer or wire, in CAD, USD, GBP or EUR.
Where do you work?
Toronto, with clients across North America, Europe and Africa. Sessions run on video; our consultants are across those markets.
